Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to join our educational team full-time at aschool site. This role involves working closely with students, educators, and families to support the academic, emotional, and behavioral success of all learners.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on IEPs and intervention strategies
Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support
Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support student development
Monitor progress and recommend appropriate instructional strategies
Support a positive and inclusive school climate
Qualifications:
Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist endorsement
Current Illinois School Psychologist license
Experience in a school setting preferred
Bilingual in Spanish or Arabic is highly desirable
