Overview of the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, including autism. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing support to clients and their families. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing the quality of life for those you serve.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and monitor client progress.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
- Provide training and support to caregivers, educators, and other professionals involved in the client’s care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for clients.
- Stay current with developments in the field of ABA and participate in ongoing professional development.
Experience
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst is required.
- Ability to work with a team and utilize clinical and other heathcare software.
- Proven experience working with children, particularly those on the autism spectrum or with other disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance.
- Proficient in data collection methods related to behavioral therapy.
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis techniques and strategies is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
