Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) and BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) positions, located in Charlotte, NC or remote. The RBT role involves implementing and supervising ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy sessions, collecting and analyzing data, developing personalized care plans, and ensuring ethical practices. The RBT and BCBA will work closely with children with autism, their families, and other professionals to provide comprehensive behavioral support.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA therapy techniques and evidence-based practices
• Strong data collection and analysis skills
• Ability to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to supervised and ethical practices
• RBT or BCBA certification
• Bilingual abilities (especially in Spanish) are a plus
• Relevant experience in working with children with autism
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field for BCBA
