Equity Staffing is searching for a Behavioral Health Intake Coordinator in the Searcy Arkansas (and surrounding areas) area. This position is with a Fortune 500 organization. *** Position is 100% Remote, Candidate must live within a commutable distance to Searcy. ***

Specific Duties:

• This program completes functional assessments for the Medicaid population to assist with determining what types of services they are eligible for and could benefit from utilizing.
• Confirmation of appointments
• Referral for urgent situations
• Validation of beneficiary demographics

Must have qualifications/experience:

• Bachelor's degree; preferably in the healthcare field
• Experience completing functional assessments
• Case Management Experience
• Medicaid Experience
• Medical Office Experience
• Medical Terminology Knowledge
• Experience working in a fast paced team environment
• Attention to Detail
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong computer skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Tools.

REMOTE/ONSITE: Remote, must live in the state of Arkansas

Shift Start/End Time: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
