Compensation: $4,000/month base + 3% of Gross Sales (Expected $6,000/month in commissions ++)

We are hiring a full-time Care Coordinator & Patient Sales Consultant for our Little Rock, AR clinic. This is a high-impact role for someone who is passionate about patient care, thrives in sales, and is excited to build local community relationships.

What You’ll Do

This role is divided into three key focus areas:

In-Clinic Patient Coordination & Sales (Thursdays & Fridays)

• Lead morning huddles and prepare the team for the day.
• Guide patients through the consultation process, review treatment plans, and present payment options.
• Maintain patient profiles and follow-up notes in Salesforce.
• Close treatment plans
• Submit daily performance summaries to the Territory Manager.
• Lead clinic and patient flow

Pipeline & Phone Follow-Up (Remote / Non-Clinic Days)

• Manage and follow up with warm leads and past consultations.
• Confirm new patient appointments and walk them through welcome packets.
• Make outbound follow-up calls to boost conversions and engagement.
• Handle patient communication through Grasshopper with timely, professional follow-up.

Marketing & Community Outreach

• Build referral relationships with local providers (chiropractors, PTs, PCPs, etc.).
• Represent QC Kinetix at at least one health expo or marketing event per month.
• Conduct grassroots outreach and education to generate new patient leads.

What We’re Looking For

• Positive, energetic, and performance-driven personality.
• Strong communicator who’s confident in presenting treatment plans and overcoming objections.
• Comfortable with high-ticket, cash-pay healthcare sales.
• Coachable, organized, and self-motivated.
• Huge plus if you’re a Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Registered Nurse (RN)—but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or clinical license preferred.
• 2+ years of sales experience (medical, elective, or high-value sales preferred).
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce experience is a plus).
• Experience in cash-pay or elective healthcare environments is a bonus.

Compensation & Perks

• Base Salary: $4,000/month
• Commission: 3% of gross clinic sales
• Minimum expected monthly commission: $6,000
• Total expected compensation: $120,000+ annually
