About the Role
We are hiring a Licensed Psychologist (LP) to conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for children with suspected Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental differences. This role is perfect for a clinician who is detail-oriented, empathetic, and passionate about making a difference.

What You’ll Do

  • Administer autism and developmental evaluations using tools such as the ADOS-2, ADI-R, CARS, or DISCO
  • Communicate diagnostic results to families with empathy and clarity
  • Complete detailed, timely written reports—submitted within 7 days of evaluation
  • Provide follow-up consultations to assist families with next steps in care
  • Serve as a Licensed Qualified Autism Service Provider (LQASP) under NC Medicaid guidelines
  • Collaborate with clinicians across disciplines to deliver coordinated, whole-child care
  • Support clinic readiness for audits and contribute to quality improvement efforts
  • Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical clinical practices

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology or a related field
  • Active North Carolina LP or LPA license
  • Experience with autism evaluations and standardized diagnostic tools
  • Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and compassionately in a team setting
  • Previous clinic-based experience is preferred but not required
