Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, particularly those with developmental disabilities, while ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards. This role requires a strong understanding of behavioral health practices, crisis management, and effective communication skills to support clients in achieving their personal goals.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and data collection to evaluate clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and management services to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.
• Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to encourage client engagement and promote positive behavioral changes.
• Implement therapeutic interventions based on applied behavior analysis principles to support clients with developmental disabilities.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and security of client information.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and resources for clients, including referrals to additional services as needed.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, providing ongoing support and therapy sessions.
• Educate clients and their families about available resources, coping strategies, and behavioral health topics.

Experience

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Valid state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proven experience in behavioral health settings, particularly working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and the ability to apply it in clinical documentation.
• Strong skills in crisis intervention, management, and therapy techniques.
• Experience with data collection methods for assessment purposes is preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
