Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage caregiver assignments based on client needs and caregiver availability.
- Communicate effectively with caregivers and clients to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation.
- Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in client care needs or caregiver availability.
- Collaborate with management to improve scheduling processes and efficiency.
- Previous scheduling experience preferred but not necessary.
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in scheduling software or willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
