We are growing! Greater Portland Health is expanding its nursing team to support and increase our capacity to assess, educate, and empower our patients to live healthy lives. Our nursing team is essential to our success in carrying out our mission. The NCM serves in an expanded nursing role to collaborate with the Medical Team to provide a model of care that ensures the delivery of quality, efficiency, and cost-effective healthcare services.
The Nurse Care Manager will work with the team at 295 Park Ave in Portland, Maine. The position is part-time, up to 28 hours per week.

Requirements:

  • Licensed at an RN level by the State of Maine Board of Nursing.
