Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Work Supervisor to join our team. The Social Work Supervisor will also be responsible for fostering a collaborative environment that promotes professional development and effective patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations to determine the needs of clients and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Oversee the delivery of behavioral health services, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Facilitate communication between social work staff, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated care.
• Support home community care initiatives, particularly for geriatric populations, to enhance client well-being.
• Provide training on applied behavior analysis techniques to improve client outcomes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a clinical social worker (LCSW) or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience in social work practice, particularly in behavioral health settings.
• Strong skills in patient assessment, diagnostic evaluation, and therapy techniques.
• Knowledge of home community care practices and geriatric care principles is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
