Description:

Avesta Housing is seeking a Director of Independent Living to work at our assisted living residence, 75 State Street. This position will oversee and lead the Independent Living team to ensure maximum efficiency, competence, and resident satisfaction. This position serves as the lead resource for the department, coordinating resident custodial care services, conducting assessments, and ensuring that service packages meet the needs of residents, and will also oversee resident programs for the entire community, including the activities department and salon services.
