The Department of Psychiatry at Banner – University Medicine Behavioral Health Clinic is seeking a fellowship-trained Geriatric Psychiatrist to join our department. The selected individual will be responsible for clinical care of adult and late-life patients at our clinic in Tucson, Arizona. Responsibilities include outpatient care and shared call coverage (from home). Opportunities for academic activities are available. Minimum Qualifications:

• Board Eligible/Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in adult and geriatric psychiatry
• Fellowship-Trained in Geriatric Psychiatry
• Desire to practice in an academic setting
• Open to experienced psychiatrists and recent graduates (loan repayment offered)
• Current or eligible for Arizona licensure

The Department of Psychiatry at the University of Arizona College of Medicine seeks applicants for the role of Clinical Educator (MD or DO). This faculty position at the assistant or associate rank (educator scholar track) is for early to mid-career psychiatric physicians committed to medical education. The role involves clinical care with 20% protected effort for up to three years to develop educational leadership skills. Applicants interested in undergraduate, graduate, or continuing medical education are encouraged.

Applicants should articulate a professional development vision. The successful candidate will collaborate with department leadership and educational units, aiming to achieve measurable milestones. Opportunities for applying to education leadership programs are available, with participation fees covered by the department. Mentorship will be provided.
