The successful candidate will be able to perform ALL the following functions at a pace and level of performance consistent with the actual job performance requirements.

• Provides treatment to clients by developing, implementing, and modifying adolescence, individual and couple's treatment plans based on evaluation of needs and level of functioning.
• Documents treatment and evaluation activities in the health care record.
• Always maintains strict confidentiality of sensitive materials and information.
• Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of psychological counseling theory and techniques by way of treatments and activities used for kids, individuals and couples.
• Staying up to date on latest professional interventions and techniques.
• Provides appropriate mental health assessments, counseling, and crisis interventions to address the needs of clients.
• Experience with trauma focused intervention experience.
• Training or Certification and/or experience providing EMDR a plus.

Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited university with a Master’s degree and be a Licensed Associate Counselor or Licensed Independent Counselor with the https://www.azbbhe.us/ . At least 6 months to a year of clinical experience as a Licensed Associate Counselor.
