We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our team. This role involves direct communication with clients, caregivers, and service coordinators while ensuring operational efficiency and top-notch service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison by communicating effectively with clients, caregivers, and service coordinators.
- Staff assigned cases
- Monitor:
- a) Clients' schedules,
- b) New and edited authorization,
- c) Caregivers' daily clock-ins and clock-outs
- Investigate complaints and offer solutions
- Maintain clear and direct communication across multiple departments
- Document all activities and interactions in the system accurately
- Report to the immediate supervisor
Skills Requirements:
- Professional conduct and appearance
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC usage
- Self-motivated, with effective time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as under supervision
Position entry level requirements:
- High School diploma required
- At least 1 year of experience in the health care or home care field (preferred)
- Experience with HHAeXchange.com (preferred)
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required

Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
