Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
We are excited to announce that our district in Philadelphia, PAisactively interviewing for several Registered Behavior Technician positions for the entire 2025-26 school year! See the details below:
Qualifications:
- Current RBT certification in good standing
- Experience working with moderate - severe behaviors and with special education populations
- Must have training on de-escalation, familiar with CPI, and able to handle difficult situations.
Position Highlights:
- Full-Time: 35 hours/week
- Onsite Only
- Caseload: 3rd and 4th graders
- Implementing a behavior program in collaboration with teachers working in behavior classrooms.
- Providing RTI strategies through the program to General Education Teachers.
- Helping to train teachers on how to implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Assisting with the FBA process of observations
- Duration: August 2025 - June 2026
