Overview
Are you a compassionate and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals, couples, and families? About the Position -
Therapists who are passionate about supporting clients through various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions, are sought. The opportunity to work collaboratively with a diverse client base in a supportive and nurturing environment is available.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and evaluations to determine client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
· Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy using evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, Person-Centered).
· Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
· Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure coordinated and holistic client care.
· Participate in regular supervision and ongoing professional development to enhance clinical expertise.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited program.
- Current and active Pennsylvania LPC or LCSW license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health services preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience or interest in supporting specific populations (e.g., LGBTQ+, Veterans, children/adolescents) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship
Pay: $29.58 - $42.47 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
