Position Summary

As a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work 1:1 with children in their homes to implement personalized treatment plans developed by a BCBA. You'll help teach communication, self-help, play, and social skills through evidence-based practices.

What You'll Do

• Deliver ABA therapy to clients in home or community settings
• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity
• Accurately collect and record data using digital systems
• Collaborate with caregivers and supervising BCBAs
• Participate in training, supervision, and team meetings
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and punctuality

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• RBT certification (preferred; training available)
• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities (preferred)
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance
• Must pass a background check and Live Scan fingerprinting
• Afternoon/evening availability preferred
