Bilingual Spanish Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Bilingual Program Manager
Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Wisconsin, Illinois
Work Arrangement: 100% in office
Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Plus two afternoons (Monday–Thursday): 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM
Salary: Up to $90,000 with an additional relocation bonus of $3,000 - $5,000

Summary:
This bilingual BCBA position travels between 2 locations providing comprehensive ABA services to clients from toddlers through adults in both English and Spanish languages.
This position provides comprehensive oversight and leadership to the Bilingual ABA program, including but not limited to all items impacting clients, family members/legal guardians, and team members.
Reporting to: the Regional Clinical Director
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical & Caseload Duties:
- Develop and implement Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Maintain and update clinical documentation in accordance with funding requirements
- Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, ABLLS, Essentials for Living) to monitor skill development and behavioral progress
- Deliver Spanish-language ABA therapy and translate programming in CentralReach
- Provide ongoing parent training and monitor involvement and client attendance
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Utilize data to analyze baseline and behavioral progress
Administrative & Supervisory Duties:
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Bilingual Behavior Technicians (BTTs & BTThs)
- Lead HR-related responsibilities such as corrective feedback, evaluations, and disciplinary actions in coordination
- with leadership and HR
- Develop and maintain Spanish-language ABA training content and competency evaluations
- Manage client attendance contracts and policy compliance
- Advocate for Spanish-speaking services in the local community
- Partner with the People & Culture team on recruitment for bilingual staff
Year One Goals:
- Launch services with an initial caseload of 20 clients
- Build partnerships with local bilingual pediatricians, schools, and community centers
- Create systems for recruitment, development, and retention of bilingual ABA staff
- Implement strategies for client intake and retention
- Support scalable growth of the bilingual program
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ABA or a related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in the State of Wisconsin
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a caregiver background check
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities across settings
