ComForCare has an outstanding opportunity for a passionate/motivated individual to assume the role of Community Liaison in the South East Phoenix area. Experience as a social/case worker considered a bonus but not required.
This position requires an individual who is highly motivated, results driven, and able to develop and build strong , lasting relationships. Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical. Mus have the ability to effectively communicate with referral sources in a clinical manner.

- Support business development activities and a help establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources.
- Successfully generate community awareness of our services.
- Drive business through relationship building, presentations and excellent customer service.
- Communicate effectively and educate our referral sours as to why ComForCare is the Home Care company of choice.
- A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
- Access to reliable transportation
- Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements and restrictions in home health services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience as a business relationship specialist or business liaison is a bonus
