Overview:
The Community Support Specialist provides essential support to our residents, vendors and property managers. This role performs a variety of administrative tasks to ensure we deliver exceptional services and solutions that enhance the value of the property and the lifestyle of the residents.
Compensation: $23-24 per hour
FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, certifications, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client's property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client's directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Essential Duties:

- Send out mass mailing and electronic correspondence via letters, emails, and phone blasts
- Send out unit level correspondence (violation notices, chargeback letters, late-fee notices, etc.)
- Save and file electronic records and maintain reports
- Assist with architectural modification applications and approval process
- Assist with preparing board packets
- Prepare for annual meetings
- Configure and distribute key fobs and access controls upon request
- Community Updates in Connect
- Assist with amenity reservations
Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills resulting in strong working relationships
- Strong organizational skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Tremendous listener with the ability to diffuse tense situations
- Able to work collaboratively and cooperatively
- Superb judgment and decision-making skills
- Able to prioritize and adjust to incoming demands
- Proficient with MS Office suite
Education and Experience:
- 2+ years of office/ administrative experience (required)
Physical Requirements:
- Sit or stand for extended periods of time in an office environment
- Able to safely lift, carry, and move up to 20 pounds
Work Location: Tucson Corporate Office; 7616 N La Cholla Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85704
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8a – 5p
