• Experience in facilitating individual group counseling sessions with a focus on behavioral health.
• Familiarity with Christian counseling approaches is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in case documentation and reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
