Position Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who is passionate about working in a collaborative and cutting-edge mental health environment. This role is ideal for early-career professionals eager to gain experience in a supportive, team-based setting that embraces both traditional and novel psychiatric treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy to clients with mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and care teams on integrated treatment plans
• Participate in clinical meetings, training, and supervision
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR
• Support patients receiving novel treatments like ketamine and TMS as part of a multidisciplinary model

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• Illinois LPC license (or license-eligible)
• Experience in outpatient mental health
• Passion for innovative, client-centered care
• Commitment to professional growth and collaboration
