Provides services in assisting injured workers to return work. The company is seeking an outgoing, self-motivated individual to fill a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor Intern (VRC Intern) position that provides vocational services for Workman’s Compensation claims through the State of Washington’s Department of Labor and Industries. The VRC Intern will work with the guidance of a Certified Vocational Counselor. We are seeking applicants who possess excellent communication skills, can meet deadlines, and engage workers, employers and medical professionals in a collaborative, outcome based role. This is a full time position and local travel is required. Looking to cover King, Pierce, Snohomish County areas. Compensation is Casework Based.

Requirements:

· Must have either a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, preferably in a Social Science, Human Services, or Educational discipline.

· Excellent written and verbal communication

· Proficiency in MS Windows, MS Office, and various office equipment.

· Coaching, teaching, and/or training experience preferred
