  • Train and coach families and caregivers on behavior strategies and generalization of skills.
  • Monitor progress through data collection and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with company and insurance guidelines.
  • Collaborate with speech, occupational, and physical therapists as part of a multidisciplinary team approach.
  • Stay current on evidence-based practices and maintain professional certification requirements.

Requirements

  • Must hold a current BCBA certification through the BACB.
  • Licensed or eligible to practice as a behavior analyst in the state of Florida.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with autism and related disorders.
  • Strong skills in behavior assessment, data analysis, and caregiver training.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a small caseload efficiently.
  • Reliable transportation to visit clients in Kendall and Homestead.

Preferred Skills

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

Why Join Us?

  • Flexible schedule and supportive, multidisciplinary team
  • Opportunity to collaborate with speech, OT, and PT providers
