Position: Full-Time BCBA
Salary: $73,000 – $80,000 per year
Schedule: | No nights | No weekends

What You’ll Do as Our BCBA Rockstar

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with Sacred ABA, you’ll:

  • Be a trusted guide for families, helping them navigate the journey from day one
  • Conduct assessments that truly capture each client's unique strengths and challenges
  • Design and oversee individualized behavior and treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor a team of amazing RBTs
  • Collaborate daily with our school staff, families, and other professionals
  • Use data to drive progress and celebrate meaningful milestones
  • Help shape a safe, fun, and engaging environment where our clients can thrive
  • Participate in team meetings and share your insights as a valued contributor

What We’re Looking For

  • BCBA certification (required)
  • Florida Medicaid Provider ID
  • Master’s in psychology, special education, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of BCBA experience (bonus if you’ve worked in a school setting!)
  • A heart for working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and how to apply them
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Spanish-speaking? That’s a big plus!
