Are you ready to take charge and keep our Returns Department running like a well-oiled machine?  At The Wellsville Group, our Aurora, Ohio location is seeking a Returns Lead to oversee daily operations, ensure top-notch quality, and foster a positive team environment in our fast-paced warehouse.

Hours: Tuesday through Saturday 8:30AM - 5PM 

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily operations of the Returns Department, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

  • Manage Same Day Return Check-In Processing with accuracy and speed.

  • Act as the liaison with 3rd Party Delivery, addressing returned inventory issues promptly.

  • Supervise the put-away of returned products and support Tech Repair processes.

  • Conduct Quality Control audits on wrapping, tagging, and inventory movement.

  • Assist with Evening Customer Pick-Ups, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

  • Serve as a keyholder, responsible for opening and closing the facility.

  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment for products, tools, and equipment.

  • Verify product accuracy, inspecting for parts, hardware, damages, loss, or defects.

  • Support the transfer of clearance products to outlets.

  • Process recyclable materials (dunnage) per company procedures and guidelines.

  • Foster a professional, team-oriented work environment through positive conduct and leadership.

  • Adhere to all company processes, safety rules, and OSHA regulations.

  • Take on additional duties as needed to support the team.

Who You Are

  • You have a High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of warehouse experience in receiving and assembling (preferred).

  • You’re skilled in operating standing lifts/tow motors and have a clean driving record.

  • You’re a master of time management, organization, and attention to detail.

  • You’re self-motivated, team-minded, and communicate effectively with colleagues and external partners.

  • You follow directions well and take pride in maintaining a professional work environment.

  • You’re physically capable of handling furniture up to 100+ lbs and standing/walking for extended periods.

  • You’re comfortable reading and writing to complete tasks accurately.
