Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about mental health, skilled in evidence-based treatment, and dedicated to fostering meaningful client relationships. This role involves providing therapy to diverse populations, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Active Ohio licensure (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, or equivalent)
- Experience in mental health treatment (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and therapeutic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing culturally competent and inclusive care

We are ideally looking for someone to work up to scheduling 20-35 clients per week
Our medical billing team is in place so we would get you credentialed as quickly as possible and have you seeing clients as soon as possible
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs
- Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Utilize evidence-based interventions to support client progress
- Participate in case consultations, supervision (if applicable), and professional development
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: Up to $109,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
