Position: Quality Technician I
Location: Columbus Plant – Columbus, OH

Hours of work: Full-time position with hours generally Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Evening and extended work hours may be required occasionally as job duties demand
With minimal guidance and supervision, the Quality Technician I performs a variety of tests, operates laboratory equipment and instruments. The Quality Technician I is responsible for strict adherence to company safety policies and procedures. This role supports all CCC facilities and Outsourced - through testing of samples and reporting out results
Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to)
- Conducts laboratory experiments and testing procedures
- Accurately documents work and findings
- Reports Results in various places - spreadsheets/ SAP
- Retrieve, log in and track samples - to be shipped to third party, from other CCC plants and outsourced
Qualifications
- An associate’s degree (A.A.), or equivalent from two-year college or technical school is required (Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or other science field)
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.), or equivalent from four-year college or university is preferred
- 0-2 years of lab experience is required
- 0-2 years of mechanical experience is required
