OptiMindHealth (OMH) is expanding and seeking compassionate psychotherapists to work remotely from home. Currently, OMH provides behavioral health services to patients in Massachusetts and Colorado. Since 2016, we’ve specialized in serving both adult and adolescent patients in outpatient settings. Our goal is to improve access to holistic, cost-effective mental health care while supporting our clinical staff. Our clinicians find a balance between flexibility and efficiency.

Packages may include:

Work from or near your home:

With locations in Colorado and Massachusetts, OMH is expanding nationwide. We will work with you to find the best fit and provide all necessary tools to treat OMH patients remotely. Our interview process considers your skills, interests, and location to match you with suitable opportunities. If you prefer to work from home, fully remote positions are available.

Responsibilities:

The psychotherapist will participate in OMH’s integrated care team model. Outpatient behavioral health practices like OMH emphasize team approaches, including physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed psychologists, and mental health professionals. We value collaborative relationships to provide high-quality care.

Customize patient care:

You will have autonomy to determine session frequency and length. Clinical work includes individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing, tailored to patient needs.

Set your schedule:

  • Typically work Monday to Friday, between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
  • No on-call responsibilities; focus solely on patient care.

Our support team handles billing, collections, and credentialing, allowing you to focus on clinical work. Once sessions are complete, your time is yours—no extra administrative tasks.

Benefits:

OMH is growing and clinician-led. Opportunities exist to become senior psychotherapist or site supervisor. Discuss career growth with our team.

Education & Licensure:

Must have completed an accredited program and hold licensure as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC in Florida, with the ability to practice independently. Licensure in Massachusetts and Colorado is preferred.
