Work from or close to home:

With locations expanding across the country, OMH collaborates with you to find the best fit, providing all necessary tools to treat OMH patients from home. The interview process considers your skills, interests, and location to match you with suitable opportunities, including fully remote positions.

Responsibilities:

Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH, collaborating with physicians, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide coordinated, high-quality care.

Customize patient care:

Clinicians have autonomy to determine session frequency and duration, performing individual, family, group therapy, and psychological testing as appropriate for diverse patient needs.

Flexible scheduling:

• Create your own schedules for optimal work/life balance.
• Typically work Monday–Friday, between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

Focus on patient care; our back-office team handles billing, collections, and credentialing. No on-call duties or insurance hassles after sessions.

Education & licensure:

Completion of an accredited program and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in Georgia is required, with the ability to practice independently. Licensure in Massachusetts and Colorado is preferred.
