We are seeking a licensed professional counselor (LPC) to join our team in Traverse City, Michigan, region. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals overcome challenges and improve their mental well-being.

Responsibilities

Provide mental health counseling services to clients
Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with Medicare and private insurance
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
Stay current on best practices in counseling and therapy techniques

Qualifications

Master's degree in counseling or related field
State licensure as a professional counselor
Experience working with diverse populations such as active older adults with developmental disabilities and those in need of behavioral therapy
Knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation, and ICD-10 coding

We offer you maximum flexibility and lifestyle options, we use a scheduled presence model and a round and go set up; facility staffing based on patient care needs, allowing clinicians to focus on patient relationships, outcomes and facility needs.

Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $67,000 to $79,000 with no cap on productivity income potential, based on 4 day work week.
