About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on PM Sanitation Supervisor to lead our overnight sanitation and operations team. This role ensures our facility remains safe, clean, and compliant with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), while fostering a supportive, efficient, and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the overnight team to maintain high sanitation and food safety standards

• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, and sanitation protocols

• Perform and document routine facility inspections

• Provide training and coaching on proper cleaning and safety procedures

• Resolve operational issues and support team needs in real-time

• Monitor production activities to ensure cleanliness standards are upheld throughout

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Knowledge of GMP and food safety regulations

• Supervisory or lead experience in food manufacturing or distribution

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred

• Able to work independently and lead by example

• Self-motivated, reliable, and solution-oriented

• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Food safety or sanitation certification a plus

• Previous sanitation, facilities, or production experience strongly preferred
