About the Role
We’re hiring an Overnight Bakery Manager to lead our overnight team in baking, packaging, and delivering our products. This hands-on role ensures quality, efficiency, and food safety while supporting a positive, well-organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train overnight baking, packing, and delivery teams

• Ensure product quality and consistency across all items

• Schedule and manage staff, ensuring shift coverage and performance

• Maintain sanitation and GMP standards, bakery cleanliness, and equipment

• Support product development and seasonal offerings

• Manage delivery logistics to cafes and wholesale partners

• Use 7Shifts and internal tools to track performance and communicate daily updates

• Partner with leadership on staffing, training, and operational improvements

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a bakery or food production environment

• Strong knowledge of bread and pastry production (mixing, shaping, proofing, baking)

• Understanding of GMP, food safety standards, and bakery equipment

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Must have a clean driving record and valid RI Food Safety Manager Certificate (or ability to obtain)

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk up to 8 hours

• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
