About Job

Because leadership in care starts with compassion and grows with expertise.

For over 60 years, the J. Arthur Trudeau Memorial Center has been a driving force in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. At Pathways Strategic Teaching Center, we’re proud to be a nationally recognized ABA-based program committed to providing impactful, person-centered services. Now, we’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Lead

Behavior Analyst to join our team and help shape the future of autism services.

If you’re a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a passion for mentoring, teamwork, and data-driven care, this could be your next step.

What You’ll Do:

As a Lead Behavior Analyst, you'll oversee a caseload of students ages 3–22, supervise treatment planning, mentor rising clinicians, and champion best practices in applied behavior analysis. Your role will be dynamic, ranging from individualized assessments to staff training to collaborative team consultation.

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Train and supervise staff and BCBA/BCaBA candidates
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior analytic treatment across the classroom and inclusive settings
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and public school partners
  • Analyze student progress through consistent data review and clinical meetings
  • Contribute to staff performance evaluations and organizational improvement initiatives
  • Lead with empathy, professionalism, and commitment to person-centered practices

What You Bring:

  • Master’s degree in ABA, education, or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification and RI Behavior Analyst License
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in an ABA program for students with autism
  • Strong skills in behavior analytic assessment, staff training, and inclusive treatment planning
  • Knowledge of current ABA best practices, including trauma-informed care
  • Ability to travel throughout RI, MA, and CT as needed
  • A leadership mindset with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a team

What We Offer:

We’re proud to support our team with a competitive and comprehensive benefits package:

  • 13 Paid Holidays
  • Paid Vacation, Sick, and Personal Time
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage
  • Health Reimbursement Account (HRA)
  • Employer Paid & Voluntary Life Insurance
  • Voluntary Long-Term Disability Insurance
  • 403(b) Retirement Savings Plan
  • Tuition Reimbursement
  • Paid Trainings & CEU Opportunities
  • AAA & Verizon Discounts
  • Pet Insurance

Why Join Trudeau?

Because here, your clinical expertise doesn’t just guide student progress—it transforms lives. You’ll be part of a team that’s innovative, supportive, and deeply mission-driven. Our work is rooted in dignity, inclusion, and the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive.

Apply today and bring your leadership to where it matters most.

Pathways starts with you.
