About Job

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and providing training and support to staff and families. This role requires a deep understanding of behavioral therapy principles and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse population. Location can be in home, in center, and telehealth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop tailored behavior intervention plans.
  • Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques to promote positive behavior changes in clients.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Provide training and support to caregivers, educators, and other professionals on effective strategies for managing behaviors.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for clients.
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations as needed to inform treatment planning.

Qualifications

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those with autism, is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of special education practices and medical terminology is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in patient assessment techniques and data collection methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral therapy principles and their application in real-world settings.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, families, and team members.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
