Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) or ADC-T – Evening Outpatient Program
Location: Anoka
Schedule: Evening Shift | Full-Time

Transformation House is seeking a dedicated Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) or Alcohol and Drug Counselor - Temporary (ADC-T) to join our evening outpatient program. This position is at our Recovery Hub, located on the river in Anoka.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct client assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Lead therapeutic group sessions and provide one-on-one counseling
• Manage case documentation and maintain accurate clinical records
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client recovery
• Utilize the 12 Core Functions and the Minnesota Matrix Six Dimensions

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota LADC license or ADC-T permit
• Ability to pass a DHS background study
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with clinical documentation tools

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

• Evening shift (1p-9p) Monday-Friday, on non group days, hours can be flexible.
