Bilingual BCBA/Bilingual Program Manager
Reporting to the Regional Clinical Director, this bilingual BCBA position travels between Sonnenberg’s Pleasant Prairie and Mount Pleasant Clinics in providing comprehensive ABA services to clients from toddlers through adults in both English and Spanish languages. This position provides comprehensive oversight and leadership to the Bilingual ABA program at Sonnenberg as well including but not limited to all items impacting clients, family members/legal guardians, and team members.
- Develop, write, implement, update and train on effective behavior plans including data collection systems using Functional Behavior Assessments
- Complete and submit ongoing documentation as needed by the funding source in a timely manner
- Participate in group staff trainings as requested
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with teachers, administrators, staff, clients and parents
- Continually assess student skills, behavior challenges and social skills with proficiency in all assessments utilized by Sonnenberg-VBMAPP, AFLS (school, community, vocational), ABLLS, Essentials for Living, etc.
- Utilizing data to determine baseline, function and progress of maladaptive behaviors with regular review and oversight alongside senior staff
- Develop and participate in parent training as needed for each client
- Continually assess and monitor parent involvement and client attendance, creating and implementing corrective action plans when needed
- Provide accurate, updated Spanish translations of English programming in applicable clients’ learning trees in CentralReach
- Participate in HR duties such as verbal and written corrective feedback, staff evaluations, disciplinary actions, etc. in collaboration with the People and Culture Manager, Regional Clinical Director, and Director of Training as requested
- Assess, document and maintain information regarding BTTh and BTT staff performance and evaluations
- Supervise, train, and mentor BTT and BTTh positions in the bilingual program while collaborating with other clinical leadership team members by demonstrating a comprehensive approach to staff management and improving performance outcomes
- Assist in assurance that clinical staff are made aware of all policies and procedures, and follows through to ensure understanding and implementation
- Assess, document and maintain client contracts to ensure consistent attendance, participation, and policy adherence.
- Develop, implement, and refine Spanish language ABA trainings and competency evaluations for all applicable team members
- Develop, implement, and refine Spanish language materials in CR Institute in collaboration with the Training Coordinator/CR Institute Librarian
- Advocate for Spanish speaking ABA services and education in the community
- Collaborate with the People and Culture team for talent acquisition and recruiting needs for bilingual team members as needed

Launch services with 20 cases
- Begin networking with local bilingual pediatricians, schools, and community centers
- Create retention and development of bilingual BTTs and supports for growth
- Systems for growth development

- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst licensed in the State of Wisconsin
- Must have professional proficiency in English and Spanish in reading, writing, and speaking
- Active driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass a caregiver’s background check
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a team player, willing to collaborate and work with a variety of individuals with all types of backgrounds
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and efficiently manage time across multiple settings and responsibilities
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
