Working directly with clients, you will craft personalized plans that meet their unique needs in areas such as mental health, employment, recovery, and education. Whether helping with housing applications, connecting individuals to benefits, or providing life skills workshops, you will make a tangible impact every day.In this role, no two days will look the same. One day, you might meet with a client at their new apartment to assess their progress; another day, you could lead a skills-building workshop at our Day Center. Your ability to foster strong relationships with clients will help them stay engaged and motivated throughout their journey.
