Pay for this position is $46,000 annually with monthly incentive bonuses for reaching student arrival goals
Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for the recruitment and arrival coordination of Job Corps students. Identifies and develops Center-beneficial partnerships that lead to student benefit and success. Determines student qualifications, eligibility and suitability for Job Corps enrollment. Ensures strict confidentiality of sensitive information and integrity of student data.
This position primarily works out of the MassHire Center in New Bedford, MA, located at 25 Elm St. The location the position would be recruiting Students to is the Grafton Job Corps Center located in North Grafton, MA.
Qualifications
Associates degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications or closely related field and two years related experience required. Bachelors degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications, or closely related field preferred. Experience may include successful Job Corps enrollment or successful enrollment in other youth development programs.
Must possess a valid in-State Drivers License and meet Company insurability requirements.
