Position Summary:

The Clinic Lead BCBA provides clinical leadership at a designated Family Behavior Solutions (FBS) clinic. This role includes direct supervision of clients, oversight of clinic staff, training, and collaboration to ensure high-quality ABA services and alignment with FBS values.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Oversight

  • Serve as primary Clinical Supervisor for a small clinic caseload.
  • Oversee all clients and ensure behavior plans and programming are implemented with fidelity.
  • Hold ultimate responsibility for the clinical and operational oversight of an ABA clinic site
  • Supervise, model, and provide feedback to Clinicians and Student Analysts.
  • Audit treatment plans, progress reports, assessments, and Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Ensure data collection systems are in place and properly maintained.
  • Complete all prescreens, tours, and intakes for new clients in a site.
  • Create and provide structured parent training to clinic clients and their families
  • Conduct regular FBAs/reassessments
  • Assist in transitions for current clinic clients(ex. School-age, etc.)
  • Making in the moment decisions regarding behavioral crises.

Leadership & Staff Support

  • Support team-building and positive clinic culture
  • Ensure clinicians are performing operational duties
  • Provide ongoing communication with families
  • Participate in leadership groups/meetings
  • Attend OT/SLP consults and collaborate across disciplines.
  • Work with Clinic Manager and Group Coordinator to ensure schedules, programming, and groups run smoothly.
  • Attend and participate in Senior Leadership within the company
  • Communicate programmatic needs to Office Manager

Documentation & Compliance

  • Ensure all behavioral incidents are documented appropriately.
  • Complete performance evaluations as assigned.
  • Collaborate with Intake & Authorizations Team
  • Maintain clinic rosters and ensure Practice Management Software is accurate and up to date.
  • Handle all escalated grievances within clinic from families
  • Support compliance with all clinical and company policies.
Requirements:
  • BCBA/BCaBA certification
  • RI License or License eligible
  • 2+ years supervisory/leadership experience
  • 2+ years of BACB certification
