Bryant University, a nationally recognized leader in higher education, is currently recruiting for Adjunct teaching opportunities in our Psychology Department for the Fall 2025 semester. Classes meet at our campus in Smithfield, RI. The fall semester runs from Tuesday, September 2, 2025, through Friday, December 12, 2025 (Exam Period 12/13-12/19).
We are seeking adjunct faculty to teach the following sections:
Introduction to Psychology – Wednesday 6:30 pm to 9:10 pm
Introduction to Psychology – Tue/Fri 8:00 am to 9:15 am
The School of Health and Behavioral Sciences currently offers undergraduate majors in Biology, Psychology, Health Sciences, and Healthcare Analytics, as well as graduate programs in Physician Assistant Studies, and Healthcare Informatics. Our dedicated faculty and quality facilities prepare students for science-related careers and graduate studies. We emphasize basic and applied research, technological applications, and international experiences so students not only accumulate knowledge, but also develop the commitment and desire to apply what they learn in the world. This position includes teaching at the undergraduate level as well as contributing to student growth and development through active involvement in student related co-curricular activities.
Qualifications - Master’s degree in a related field.
- Teaching experience preferred.
- Based on University procedures, adjunct faculty are typically limited to teaching no more than two classes per semester.
