- State Licensure: Licensed Chemical Dependency Professional (LCDP) required.
- Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in substance use counseling.
- Knowledge and Skills: Proficient in substance use counseling techniques, DSM-5, ICD-10, ASAM criteria, and EHR systems.
- Interpersonal Strengths: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a compassionate and supportive attitude.
