School Psychologist – 2025–2026 School Year – In-Person

Hello School Psychologists,
Come work with a local, women- and therapist-founded company that’s dedicated to reimagining the school-based experience. Ampersand Therapy is hiring School Psychologists for the 2025–2026 school year for in-person roles across Illinois. Whether you're a seasoned professional or newer to the field, our small and mission-driven team is here to support your growth and success.

Position Details

  • Start Date: Fall 2025
  • Schedule: Full-time or part-time available
  • Location: In-person school-based roles (caseloads discussed in interview)
  • Service Areas: Student evaluations, IEP reporting, documentation, and collaboration

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychoeducational evaluations
  • Prepare reports and participate in IEP meetings
  • Provide progress monitoring
  • Attend staff meetings
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree in School Psychology or equivalent
  • Professional Educator License (PEL) in Illinois with School Psychologist endorsement
  • State licensure or eligibility to obtain one before start
  • NASP certification is a plus
  • Strong communication, assessment, and collaboration skills
