A brand new PHP / IOP program designed to help professionals struggling with SUD and other disruptive addictive behaviors.
This is an opportunity to build from the start. At first you will act as the Clinical Director and Program Director. Within the coming months, we will hire a Program Manager or Coordinator whom you can groom to be your right-hand. Initially you will hold a caseload and run groups but will have the support of counselors and program staff. We are looking for someone excited to roll their sleeves up, attach their name to a new and innovative program, and grow.
Duties
- caseload of clients (temporary)
- individual therapy (temporary)
- group therapy (temporary)
- curriculum build
- inform staffing decisions
- inform operations decisions
Qualifications
- licensed clinician (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)
- eligible to supervise other clinicians
- experience working with adults in an IOP setting
- experience contributing to the build or scale-up or turn-around of an IOP program
