Key Responsibilities:
Create and monitor individualized behavior plans.
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
Train and support teachers and staff.
Collaborate with families and school personnel.
Participate in IEP meetings.
Maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification/ licensure in Delaware State.
Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
School or pediatric based experience required.
Strong ABA knowledge and data analysis skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
