As a Pet Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first friendly face (or voice) our clients encounter — helping pet parents feel confident and their pets feel cared for from the moment they walk through the door.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to clients in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Schedule appointments and manage reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Check pets in and out, ensuring all paperwork and instructions are complete and clear.
• Maintain a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members about pet care needs and client requests.

Requirements:

✔ Previous customer service experience (hospitality, retail, veterinary, or pet care a plus!)
✔ Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for pets & people
✔ Excellent written & verbal communication skills
✔ Reliable transportation — punctuality is a must!
✔ Able and willing to work weekends and holidays as part of a rotating schedule
✔ Dependable, organized, and able to multi-task in a busy environment
