Job Title: Clinical Therapist

Job Type: 1099 Contract

Location: Goodlettsville or a Community-Based location

Benefits:

Contract between 10 and 20 hours a week (office is open Mon - Sat)

Requirements & Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds effectively
Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or related field from a CACREP Accredited Program
Must be independently licensed to practice in the state of Tennessee
Strong knowledge of therapeutic interventions and treatment modalities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with clients
Empathy and compassion for individuals with behavioral health concerns
Knowledge of and adherence to legal and ethical guidelines in mental health practice
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience with children and/or adolescents with mental health issues (trauma, anxiety, transitional issues, identity, depression, etc.)
