Our ILAs provide guidance to students in the dormitories and help them gain the life skills needed for achievement in the program, employment and self-sufficiency. At the Hubert H. Humphrey Job Corps Center, operated by Education and Training Resources (ETR), we have creative and caring staff who help our students realize their potential.
MAIN DUTIES:

- Foster effective group living relations and promote a positive atmosphere
- Assure accountability of students, maintain records and report incidents
- Direct and assist with activities and engage with students
- Perform room inspections and assist with cleaning and sanitizing
- Serve as a role model; mentor and monitor students
WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time from 3:00 pm to midnight five days per week
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or GED and ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, reach and climb stairs; residential experience in a dormitory or group home preferred
PAY AND BENEFITS: $21.93 per hour plus 12 paid holidays; paid vacation and sick time; 401(k) with match; and medical, dental and vision insurance
