PALS, Inc. is hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities—many of whom have experienced trauma—at our Ventura County location.
We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled clinician committed to trauma-informed, person-centered care. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
You will be based out of our Santa Paula office and will manage a caseload of 25-35 persons in our Santa Paula and Santa Barbara offices. Some work may be performed remotely. Some driving required.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- Create and oversee individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
- Train and support direct support staff and caregivers
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (e.g., case managers, nurses, therapists)
- Monitor data and outcomes, modifying interventions as needed
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards
What We’re Looking For
- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities
- Experience supporting individuals with trauma preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
