The Intake/Staffing Coordinator works together in our home health divisition with the RN Clinical Managers and Care Coordinators to ensure that:

Client referrals are handled professionally and timely
Client data is entered accurately in the electronic medical record system
Cases are staffed with qualified personnel
All personnel receive the information they need to initiate care in a timely fashion

Qualifications:

Proficiency with computers, including data entry
Intake/Staffing experience in home health preferred
Exceptional customer service skills
Exceptional organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
High school education or equivalent required
